A look behind the scenes: Cover creation in fast motion

It is always fascinating to see how a simple drawing is transformed into a precisely fitting prosthesis cover – and together with our 3D printer, we can capture this process in impressive time-lapse videos.

Our latest video shows the process of creating a cover for the Unitos Smart Prosthesis. What takes several hours in reality can be seen here in just a few seconds: the 3D printer applies shape and color to the component layer by layer exactly according to our wishes.

If only it were that fast in real time!
Even though the printing process takes time, the precision and reliability of the 3D printer is always amazing. The technology enables us to quickly transform creative ideas into tangible results.

An insight into our workshop: The next batch is currently being assembled! 💪 O ur workshop is a hive of activity – gluing, screwing, assembling and adjusting everywhere. The entire team is fully committed to checking and assembling every single part for precision and functionality.

Successful trade fair participation at the ISPO World Congress 2025 in Stockholm

From June 16 to 19, 2025, we were represented at the renowned ISPO World Congress in Stockholm – an inspiring event that brings together trade visitors from all over the world. The focus of our trade fair appearance was of course the presentation of our innovative Unitos Smart prosthesis system, which was presented primarily for users and technicians.

The Unitos Smart is a 100% mechanical prosthesis system that impresses with its intuitive functionality, robust design and high suitability for everyday use. The response to the product was consistently positive – both existing partners and new contacts showed great interest.

Our contact person on site, Johannes Klopf, was available for personal discussions, questions and detailed product demonstrations throughout the four days of the trade fair. The numerous discussions and feedback were particularly valuable for us.

We would like to thank all the visitors who came to our stand – your interest and openness made this trade fair a complete success for us!
